Paul Chong, a seasoned professional with 30 years in investment banking and private equity, is a Venture Partner at ARC Group and Managing Partner of Knights Capital Partners. Renowned for leading numerous SPAC listings globally, he co-founded TNG FinTech Group, Asia’s largest FinTech firm. Previously, as CEO of Creat Fund Management Group, he managed Rothschild and Mitsubishi private equity funds. With a global career in financial centers like New York, London, and Hong Kong, Paul held senior roles at Goldman Sachs, UBS Investment Bank, and Credit Suisse DLJ. His expertise in capital raising is demonstrated through successful IPOs on major stock exchanges.

Investment banking capital markets professional with over 10 years experience in cross boarder deals and advisory. Nigel’s expertise spans across APAC markets leading numerous mid-market transactions and capital market services concerning IPOs, SPACs, M&A advisory, follow-on offerings, and more. Nigel currently leads the capital markets deal advisory and execution practice out of Asia. The team specializes in creating liquidity opportunities for clients primarily through public markets. This includes traditional IPO’s, DeSPAC reverse mergers, and shell RTOs.

Prior to CIGP, Valentin honed his skills as an equity derivatives trader at Credit Suisse in Zurich.

Jonathan Chan is a finance veteran with over 25 years of experience in banking and technology sectors.
