Before joining ARC Group, Lana built extensive experience in cross-border operations management, project management, and strategic planning, with a strong focus on Asia Pacific. Her roles as Country Director and Project Manager in diverse sectors have prepared her to manage complex and high-impact assignments for ARC Group’s clients.

Before joining ARC Group, Jerry built extensive expertise in M&A and equity research during his time at Lazard and CICC. At ARC Group, he leverages his deep knowledge across sectors such as healthcare, EV & automotive, consumer, and fintech, with a particular focus on healthcare transactions. His buy-side and sell-side advisory roles include key contributions to M&G fund’s acquisition of a lifestyle brand and Carrefour’s sale to Suning. Jerry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Oxford University and a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from Columbia University.

Andrew started his career in the UK working in the Accountancy, Taxation and Assurance field for over a decade. He then moved to the Middle East in 2017 and prior to joining ARC Group Andrew worked as the UAE Country Manager and Group Finance Manager for a prominent regulated fintech firm in the GCC.

Floria prior to joining ARC Group worked as a Client Service Manager, providing sustainable environmental solutions that are consistent with the long-term interests of the environment. Floria holds a dual MSc. degree of engineering and MBA from National University of Singapore and the University of Montpellier respectively.
