Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate cross-border capital markets and financing mandates across China, Asia, and international markets.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have proven experience executing complex cross-border M&A transactions and the ability to independently manage clients, counterparties, advisers, internal teams and multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of sell-side, buy-side, fundraising, and related advisory mandates across the full transaction lifecycle.
