Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Candidates may bring deeper experience in M&A than in capital markets; broader product exposure can be developed over time.

At ARC Group, we are seeking an experienced Director – M&A Execution for a hands-on deal leadership role responsible for overseeing active M&A mandates and leading the assigned execution teams across Hong Kong and Shanghai.

The role focuses on managing transactions from mandate through closing, ensuring high standards of execution quality, advisory delivery and client service.

The successful candidate will have proven experience executing complex cross-border M&A transactions and the ability to independently manage clients, counterparties, advisers, internal teams and multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of sell-side, buy-side, fundraising, and related advisory mandates across the full transaction lifecycle.
• Lead cross-border M&A execution and provide direction and quality control to execution teams.
