Last Thursday our Managing Partner Sergio Camarero was invited to the panel “Capital Formation FOR SME´s” at the AMEXCAP Summit 2018 where it was discussed the situation in which SMEs are in Mexico and the difficulty to raise capital thought a public listing in early stages proposing an initiative that promotes the creation of working groups to design a capital formation program for this segment of companies in which both the stock exchanges and the public sector are aligned and committed with the aim to develop public markets, providing possible solutions to increase supply and demand as well as improve the infrastructure so that stock exchanges have a better performance. ARC Capital is a key player on the impulse of IPO in Mexico, this panel raised much interest among various participants in the industry, seeking to work together with ARC for the development of public markets in emerging countries.
