On April 12 and 14, the 39th M&A Worldwide convention was held in Budapest. ARC Group, the exclusive member from Greater China, was represented by Xiaoyi (Isabella) Zuo who participated in the convention. The theme of the convention was for members and business guests to learn and discuss the latest developments and technology in the M&A industry.

Isabella was invited as a panelist speaker to share her views on current trends in the M&A industry, impacts, and ARC Group’s initiatives to use new technologies in M&A transactions. It was a great opportunity for members to discuss cross-border collaboration opportunities, network to build trust, and talk with local companies for cross-border activities.
