Last week, our director Brandon Goodwin attended the Arab Federation of Capital Markets (AFCM)‘s annual conference – Oman 2023, the largest event for stock exchanges and capital markets in the Arab world. The event was in collaboration with Muscat Stock Exchange S.A.O.C.

Brandon attended as the moderator for one of the panel discussions, “Navigating a Challenging PIPE Market and Alternative SPAC Financing Structures”.
