Tianjin, July 5th, 2018-, ARC Capital was invited to present on a training session organized by Tianjin financial bureau, Tianjin Securities Regulatory Bureau, Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Municipal Small & Medium-sized Bureau, to give an insight of public listing in the US Market. This topic was mainly to help enterprises in Tianjin to have a better understanding of domestic and overseas listing rules and policies. There were about 400 participants of whom are from 62 state-owned enterprises or their subsidiaries, private companies, Tianjin Listing Office, financial institutions and service agencies, attending this forum. ARC Capital’s experts explained the general policy regarding going IPO in Nasdaq and introduced some practical approaches. Although the number of public companies in Tianjin has been increased considerably recently, the local government remained its enhancement of pushing companies in Tianjin going public domestically and overseas in inters of supporting regional economic development.
