In his interview for StartSe, our Partner shared his vision that outbound M&A from China will be dominated by the China 500 companies (especially the BAT companies and large SOEs), in high technology sectors, or companies that possess outstanding IP or have a strategic importance to China, and that SMEs will focus on acquiring clients directly through tenders and organic expansion.
