On January 14, 2020, our partner, Sergio Camarero, was invited to speak at The 17th China M&A summit 2020, hosted by The Global Initiator Consulting Group.

The meeting aims to enhance the practicality and techniques as well as prevent the potential risks of cross-border mergers and acquisitions. The conference invited a number of experts to share their insights.
