We are looking for a skilled Data Analysis Specialist to be based in Shanghai to help establish and standardize data processes across the company and its business lines. This is a unique opportunity to build our data foundation from scratch (A-Z) and drive meaningful business impact through data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Architect and implement customized AI solutions for business teams to activate potential clients within our client pool, with a focus on no-code AI tools that enable seamless integration into existing business processes.

Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with business teams to analyze and implement AI-driven solutions.

Data Standardization and Framework Development:

• Establish and enforce company-wide and business-line-specific data standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data practices with business needs.
• Establish the process for data compliance and security.

Data Infrastructure and Pipeline Management:

• Maintain data integrity and ensure seamless data accessibility for analytics.
• Data Analysis and Insights Generation:
• Conduct product, growth, and operational analytics to uncover trends, inform strategy, and optimize performance.
• Partner with teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

Data Visualization and Reporting:

• Create dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
• Ensure stakeholders have actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience:

• 3–5 years in a data analyst/AI Solutions Architect role within an internet or tech company. Experience in the finance sector in a plus
• Proven experience in product analytics, growth analytics, operations analytics, or data product development.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical background in AI, including no-code tools and automation platforms.
• Architectural design and solution development experience, specifically for AI-driven systems.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to design solutions based on client needs.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in AI architecture or as a solution engineer in a consulting capacity.
• Familiarity with AI chatbots, payment systems, and business automation.
• Ability to understand client business processes and translate them into technical AI solutions.

Language:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively across teams and markets.
