Responsibilities:
Working in the Investment Banking division, you will be assisting clients solve some of their most critical financial and strategic challenges. We’re looking for candidates who will thrive in a dynamic environment where multi-tasking and time management skills are essential.
- Analyzing detailed corporate and financial information;
- Creating statistical exhibits that analyze comparative financial performance;
- Building financial models to illustrate projected financial results and value to companies;
- Developing marketing memoranda and delivering sections of research presentations;
- Participating in the execution of financings and M&A transactions;
- Acting as the liaison for the team and other parts of the Firm.
Skills & Requirements:
- You should be comfortable working with numbers and be an analytical thinker;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed in order to work successfully with clients and team members;
- You are an outstanding student;
- You have a strong interest in financial services;
- You are analytical, quantitative, a leader, a team player, results driven, a multi-tasker, possess a strong work ethic, have excellent oral and written communication skills and a positive attitude;
- Working Proficiency in English is required and fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred. Any other European or Asian languages will be a plus;
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point,Word), while experience with Factset / Bloomberg and VBA skills are a plus;
- Having a strong desire to become full-time upon completion of the internship is highly preferred;
- Having been involved in M&A or consulting-related projects before is highly preferred.
Duration:
This internship opportunity is available for a duration of 4-6 months (not a part time).
Location:
The internships will be based in our offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Kuala Lumpur.
