Responsibilities:
Working in the Capital Market division, you will be assisting clients solve some of their most critical financial and strategic challenges. We’re looking for candidates who will thrive in a dynamic environment where multitasking and time management skills are essential.
- Generate new leads and potential partners;
- Participate in project due diligence;
- Get in-depth knowledge of customer business, keep abreast of industry activities, market trends and leading practices, and translate market reports;
- Preparation of project proposal, project deck, documents required in order to get engaged, and necessary translation;
- Follow up on project progress and participate in the entire transaction process, from the LOI stage to the completion of the project;
- Participate in customer meetings and support team negotiations during the engagement;
- Understand and regularly track changes in the dynamics of capital markets and regulatory environment in cross-border and the United States;
- Deep participation in the transaction process and maintain a good network of relationships with different partners.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent academic background, preferably professional qualification in financial analysis/accounting/legal valuation.
- Holders of CPA, CPV and CFA will be a plus;
- More than 1 year financial analysis/investment; banking/accounting related experience in a well-known bank or professional company is preferred;
- Solid corporate finance knowledge and skills in valuation/pricing techniques, DCF, comparable companies/transaction multiples;
- Full Proficiency in English and the knowledge of other languages will be a plus (Mandarin, Japanese, Malay);
- Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and good multitasking.
Duration:
This internship opportunity is available for a duration of 4-6 months (not a part time).
Location:
The Internships will be based in our offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai.
