Hiren Krishnani
Hiren leads the Capital Markets activity for ASEAN region at Nasdaq, based in Singapore. He brings over 15 years of experience in Financial Markets, IPO’s, Investor Relations, Investor Engagement, and Market Data domain. Over the last 8 years at Nasdaq, he has provided guidance to various issuers on how to navigate through the IPO process. He also manages the relationships with ASEAN companies after they have listed on Nasdaq.
Hiren has executed over 70 IPO’s on Nasdaq from this region which includes the largest ever SPAC Combo ‘Grab’ in 2021 along with largest ever SPAC Combo Switch ‘VinFast’ in 2023. He also works with several companies listed in local exchanges such as SGX, IDX etc to advise them on their investor relations program and how they can ensure to be a successful public listed company. Hiren has a strong background working with companies like Bloomberg and Fidelity Information and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and MBA in Finance.
