On May 18, ARC Group hosted the international SPAC Summit 2023 – Shanghai edition.

The International SPAC Summit (ISS) is the only event that brings you firsthand knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of SPAC. It brings together the global enterprises to form valuable partnerships, leading the development of the industry with the most professional authority. ISS offers an overview from the perspective of SPACs, regarding the most efficient and profitable ways of bringing a company public.

The summit invited experts representing ARC Group, EF Hutton, UHY LLP, Loeb & Loeb LLP, and Davis Polk to discuss current topics, including SPAC de-SPAC process, latest proposed SEC regulations and how it may impact the future of SPACs, de-SPAC redemptions, PIPE investors, and SPAC 3.0 and how to raise money from the U.S capital market nowadays. Over 150 people participated in the summit.
