As our team members arrived at the Suvarnabhumi Airport and checked in at the luxurious Le Meridien Suvarnabhumi Bangkok Golf Resort & Spa, the atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation.
Exploring Khao Yai National Park
The second day was dedicated to an immersive experience in Khao Yai National Park, one of Thailand’s most renowned natural reserves. The day began early with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, followed by a departure to the park. The itinerary included a visit to the Haew Narok Waterfall, providing a stunning backdrop for team photos and personal reflection.
A highlight of the day was the visit to the Thai Elephant Conservation Centre. Here, our colleagues had the chance to engage in activities that promoted team bonding and raised awareness about wildlife conservation. Additionally, we actively participated in initiatives to support and contribute to the ongoing efforts to protect and conserve these majestic creatures. Our team was involved in feeding and bathing the elephants, providing essential care and learning about their needs and behaviors. This hands-on experience underscored the importance of teamwork and empathy, essential qualities in both our professional and personal lives.
Discovering Bangkok’s Cultural Richness
The third day allowed for exploration and personal time in Bangkok. On this day, team members had the chance to explore the vibrant cityscape, indulge in local cuisine, and experience Bangkok’s unique culture. The day culminated in a farewell dinner at the Thara Thong Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers, a fitting end to a day of cultural immersion. The dinner featured traditional Thai performances, providing an enriching cultural experience and a memorable conclusion to the retreat.
