ARC Group’s Team-Building Getaway: Strengthening Connections and Celebrating Success
Share
At ARC Group, we believe that our greatest achievements are powered by our people. Behind every milestone and success story is a team that collaborates, supports, and grows together. With colleagues from 22 different nationalities, our strength lies in the diversity of our global team and the connections we build across borders. This year’s team-building retreat held even greater significance, as it was not only a chance to reconnect but also a special celebration marking ARC Group’s 10-year anniversary—a decade of innovation, growth, and shared success.
A Night to Remember in Shanghai
We kicked off this milestone retreat with an unforgettable evening at the W Hotel in Shanghai. Dressed to impress, our colleagues gathered for a gala dinner to reflect on the past decade’s achievements and toast to the future. The night continued with a private boat cruise along the Huangpu River, where the Shanghai skyline set the perfect backdrop for our awards ceremony. As we celebrated the dedication and accomplishments of our teammates, the energy on board was filled with laughter, applause, and a shared sense of pride in what we’ve built together.
Bonding in Nature
With spirits high from the celebrations in Shanghai, we made our way to the peaceful surroundings of Moganshan for two days dedicated to strengthening relationships and recharging together. We kicked off the retreat with an energizing morning of team-building activities on the lawn, where everyone participated in creative challenges designed to build trust, improve communication, and have some well-deserved fun.
The highlight of the afternoon was a scenic group hike through Moganshan’s trails. With stunning views and fresh mountain air, it was a chance for colleagues to connect in new ways outside the usual office setting—whether it was sharing stories, supporting each other on the uphill climbs, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings together.
Memories at the Moganshan Castle
The team gathered at the castle for our farewell dinner, bringing everyone together one last time to enjoy a great meal, share some laughs, and reflect on all the moments we’d experienced throughout the trip.
Reflecting on the Experience
Retreats like this are a core part of ARC Group’s culture. They are more than a break from our daily routines—they are strategic moments to realign, recharge, and reinforce our collective purpose. In Moganshan, we were reminded that behind every successful project, client partnership, or business milestone, there is a team of individuals who support each other, work hard, and celebrate together.
CEO Abraham Cinta shared, “This retreat was another powerful example of what makes ARC Group so special—our people. The relationships we build here are the foundation for everything we accomplish as a company. I’m incredibly proud of the spirit and energy our team brought to this trip, and I look forward to seeing how this momentum carries us into the future.”
Looking Ahead
As we return to our offices around the world, we carry with us not only the memories from our time in Shanghai and Moganshan but also a renewed sense of purpose and energy. These connections—built through shared experiences—are what continue to drive our innovation, growth, and success.
At ARC Group, we know that when we come together, there’s nothing we can’t achieve. Thank you to everyone who made this retreat possible, and we look forward to many more moments like this as we continue to build the future of ARC Group—together.
