ARC Consulting is pleased to announce the appointment of Henri Peltotupa as Associate Partner for our Finland operations. This strategic appointment further solidified ARC Consulting’s European presence and international standing, while reinforcing our commitment to bridging business environments between Europe and Asia.

Henri brings a valuable wealth of experience to his new role at ARC Consulting. Boasting a career of over 20 years, Henri has earned recognition in a variety of business sectors including strategy, business development, market expansion, and Private Equity. He has previously served as the Country CEO for Finland at renowned companies like Arvato Bertelsmann and Telia’s Finance and Credit Management companies. His experience in transactional advisory for M&A and collaborations with Private Equity firms make him a valuable asset to ARC Consulting.

His most recent efforts over the past five years have centred around advising Private Equity and Venture Capital companies in better deal-making and accelerating the growth of their target firms. Henri’s industry experience spans financial services, M&A, Venture Capital, technology, telecommunications, management consulting, and insurance, with a specialized focus in outsourcing that complements ARC Consulting’s offerings.

Henri holds an Executive MBA from the esteemed Henley Business School, UK, and a Master of Science in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Vaasa, Finland.
