ARC Capital will provide the first SPAC Conference in Mexico City

Dear all, ARC Capital is very excited! We will provide the first SPAC Conference in Mexico City! A SPAC is a shell vehicle capitalized through the Capital Markets via an IPO, with the only purpose of acquiring a private company in the private markets. This vehicle provides a super versatile structure for raising capital and making acquisitions; investing in an alternative public entity; or raising capital as a private company and becoming public. As many of you know, ARC Capital is an expert on taking private companies into the US Public Markets, and as such, we believe that the best exchanges for making these kind of transactions are the NYSE or the Nasdaq exchanges. Because of that, we will bring to Mexico City the different groups from New York City that are involved in structuring these kind of vehicles: – From the Investment Banking side, with us will be the Head of IB from Aegis Capital Corp. – From the Lawyer side, with us will be the Partner of Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP. – From the Audit side, with us will be the Vice Chairman of Marcum LLP.
