ARC Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Charlene Lui to Director. Based in Hong Kong, Charlene is a member of the firm’s M&A team, where she has built a track record of originating and overseeing new business opportunities and client engagements from initial pitch through transaction closing, helping drive ARC Group’s deal pipeline across the region.
Charlene joined ARC Group as an Associate in 2023. Since then, she has cultivated partnerships with private equity firms, venture capital investors, corporates, and business partners across the region. Her sector focus spans, Industrial, Technology and Healthcare, three areas where ARC Group continues to see rising cross-border deal activity and where she has advised clients on navigating increasingly complex transactions.
Prior to joining ARC Group, Charlene drove business growth and formed strategic partnerships across TMT, Real Estate, and Technology. She supported the expansion of an early-stage technology startup in Hong Kong, where she managed communication with corporate partners, participated in roadshows, and helped the company secure a place in an accelerator program.
Charlene holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
